High Adventure
Our Progressive High Adventure Program
Troop 5749 believes in instilling a strong sense of outdoor adventure in its scouts. The program includes a series of events that grow 
in challenge and opportunity as the Scout gains experience. Starting with Tenderfoot Trail and Alpine Adventure and then leading up to the National BSA High Adventure bases of Philmont Scout Ranch, Northern Tier Canoe Base, Summit Bechtel, and Florida Sea Base. Troop 5749 has participated in a Philmont Cavalcade Trek in 2022 and also sent a crew to Florida Sea Base.
